    You can make up to 3 appointment changes. Any change will need to be requested at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment time.

    If you’re renting, you'll need to let your landlord know you want to install the required equipment, to make sure they don't object. If you’re not in direct contact with your landlord, contact your property manager or real estate agent. 

    A standard installation can take two to four hours.

    The technician will always try to work within your choice of location. Sometimes complex walls, distance to power sources and to the utility box outside, might prevent installation exactly where you'd like it. Think about an alternative location in case compromise is needed, and discuss the options with your nbn installer.
